Do you provide China visa applications?
No. This website provides private assistance preparing China arrival-card information. We do not process or issue visas, submit forms to immigration authorities, or provide immigration advice. For visa requirements, check with the appropriate official Chinese embassy or consulate.
What is China’s digital arrival card or entry form?
It is an arrival-information form for travelers entering China. People may also call it a China arrival card, digital arrival card, China entry form, or entry card. Our service helps organize and review the information for that form; it does not replace a visa or guarantee entry.
Do I need to complete an arrival card for China?
Requirements depend on your traveler category and can change. China’s National Immigration Administration (NIA) currently lets foreign nationals submit entry information online before arrival and lists some exemptions. Check the official NIA guidance to confirm what applies to you. Our service is optional private assistance.
When is the best time to submit my application?
Apply once your travel and accommodation details are available, and leave enough time before your trip. We deliver the completed form within 3 hours after payment and receipt of all required information. If information is missing or needs correction, the 3-hour period starts when we receive the complete, corrected details.
Which documents and details should I have ready?
Have each traveler’s passport details, contact information, arrival date and transport details, entry city, complete hotel or accommodation address in China, and trip purpose ready. If you have an inviter in China, prepare those details too. For 24-hour or 240-hour transit, confirmed onward departure travel details are required. For other entry routes, departure details are optional.
Does every member of my family need their own card?
Enter each traveler’s details separately in our form; one order can include up to four travelers, and the fee is charged per traveler. Official requirements and exemptions can vary, so confirm each person’s situation with the NIA before using a paid assistance service.
Can the same card be reused for a future trip?
No. Our assistance is prepared for the specific trip details you provide. For a later trip, check the current official requirements and submit new information if required.
How is my completed form delivered?
We send the completed form to the email address provided for the traveler, within 3 hours after payment and receipt of all required information. Check your inbox and spam folder.
I spotted a mistake after submitting — what now?
Keep your application reference and contact customer support as soon as possible at admin@arrival.store. Do not send passport numbers or payment-card details in an ordinary email.
Are you the official government website?
